Our annual rental plan provides you a medical alert system for the lowest monthly rate in the industry! You pay $239.40 for a year of service. That works out to only $19.95/month! At the end of each year your account will automatically renew, or may be converted to the monthly rental option.
If you cancel the service and return the Rescue Alert system before the contract year expires, Rescue Alert will charge a $25 cancellation fee, and pro-rate your account for the service used, based on the regular priced monthly rental option of $31.95/month.
Example: Disconnect needed after 4 months of use:
$31.95 x 4mo = $127.80 + $25 cancellation fee = $152.80.
Original charge $239.40 - $152.80 = $86.60 refund.
