Monitoring Your Personal Medical Alarm Battery Power
The medical alarm battery has up to 90 hours of backup power. The condition of your battery in your medical alarm is consistently monitored to ensure quality.
Our response center attendant will notify you or your responders when the battery level falls to Low. If your battery drops to a critically low level a Battery Fail indication is sent to the response center and they will contact you or your responders.
If your battery fails at any point, the response center receives a message of the battery indication and your medical alarm will shut off to prevent damage or interference on your telephone line. When the power is restored from the outlet, your medical alarm will charge your battery automatically.
