About Connect America

Connect America is proud to be the nation’s largest independent provider of PERS.

With a full suite of medical alert and connected health solutions offered directly and through our healthcare network partners, we have improved the quality of life for more than one million individuals and their caregivers during our 35+ years of service. We offer award-winning customer service and a response team of highly-trained and compassionate Emergency Response Operators ready to connect with you 24/7/365.

How It Works

  • When you need help, just press your button.
  • Your information is sent to the emergency response center. An emergency response operator connects you through the speaker on your device and decides on the proper action.
  • The operator sends the appropriate responder based on your needs – emergency services, caregiver, family member or neighbor.
